Re: Leatherhead Area
I have put it up here also just to try and get some attention.
http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/forum ... ?TID=33363
I'm not one for forum bashin unless its just general jesting but it seems daft me to have the all events in a 'secreted' members only part on here and any attempt to arrange a meet moved by mods to that area.
I understand why some members feel that way i.e the private meets, overnight meets etc and agree it could be a way to steal to order but it also means that any general / uninformed / new users may miss out just when they would want/need to talk to other van owners most.. there must be room for compromise??
The first local meet I arranged was in the general section (it got shifted later) and it got very busy, subsequent times I have attempted it and response has not been as good, true it could be the weather, location etc but unfortunately just a fact.

Re: Leatherhead Area
I'd assume it would be one of the top ones, as at least the views are better up there.
I'll even make sure I have plenty of tea and coffee inthe van lol
