My 1.6d crankshaft went into a 1.6td crankcase as I didn't have a pulley to fit the 1.6td one! I didn't change the con rods, pistons, head or anything though just transferred my good big end shells with it. So I am now running a na with oil jets! :D

The governers work differently on industrial motors as they are designed to achieve a certain rev range and maintain it.
junk the pump and the rest will just be the same as any 1.6TD more or less.
