Camper identity

Can anybody tell me what camper conversion this is in the picture? I looked at a 1981 T25 last week with the same units in it and thought it was a DIY setup but I've just found a T25 on ebay with the same conversion.

Looks like a Bay i had, That was a Dormobile.
