flushin out the heater matrix?????????????

yo dudes....ive had a few problems with oil in the water a while ago....i think i sorted it with a new oil cooler o-ring.....i flushed the system out but didnt do the heater system...now mrs iguana says the heater works but only blows cold....could it be blocked with oil.......ive put a hose up one pipe to the heater and the other end run threw ok......could the matrix be blocked up or is there more serious probs......cheerz

ow dust "un-airlock " eet owduck ?....do i just beed to give the entire system a good bleeding threw....regards

make sure the heater is set to hot.open the radiator bleed screw and just run coolant through.making sure you keep the tank topped up...

seems to have worked owduck....still got a lot of oil residue in the water from the oil cooler seal.....and it ow seems to want to come out of the radiator screw....arm thinkin of sellin her van to an arab sheik theres that much oil in eet!!!!!!also the tank was a little low so maybe it drained from the heater first....couldnt get it to warm up yesterday tho....so admitted defeat...than the missus rung me this mornin to say its workin??.....thanks again
