1983 T25 side sliding door adjustment help please.

Hi, following a complete respray of our owd lass, when reifitting the side sliding door, its seems to sit a bit to low at the rear end on the middle running track. Its slides Ok, but when pushed shut, the body lines are not lined up (if that makes sense!). Can anyone tell my if I have done something wrong, or if it can be adjusted please?
