vw t25 1.6 td upgrade to 1.9 td is this possible? how easy?

HELLO

I HAVE A 1990 VW T25 1.6 TD CREW CAB THAT HAS A SHOT AAZ ENGINE
I CANNOT FIND A SECOND HAND REPLACEMENT BUT HAVE FOUND SEVERAL 1.9 AAZ VERSIONS COMPLETE WITH TURBO AND FUEL PUMP ATTATCHED.........WILL IT FIT STRAIGHT IN OR REQUIRE MAJOR WORK TO FIT ?
