Remove side window...

Want to replace a fixed side window for a slider...
I'm well used to poppin em back in but have always cut em out, got good rubber here so wana save it so how do they pop out please?? :? Anyone? :lol:

Hi Peet,
The way that I have done this is to use a wide blunt flat screwdriver, start at the top and put the screwdriver between the seal and metal lip. After some b*ggering about you can lift the seal and push the outer edge edge over the metal lip. You can work your way along and when most of the rubber is over the lip, your assistant on the outside can wiggle it out.
Takes a while but its worked for me.

Yeah, wot he said, although a plastic spatula type thing (or frying pan flipper doobrey) I found quite good, and less like to damage rubber!

I tried the feet one before Andy n me size 9's went thru.. :lol:
Spatula sounds a good idea jake, i had a test with a screwdriver earlier and I was a tad nervous bout the paint side o things so sainsburys ere i come...
