Leisure Battery
I have quite an original multivan but do not want to spoil the exterior with an electric hook up outlet. However i do want a leisure battery locating under the rock and roll for lighting. I believe it is a simple task but i do not have the time to do it myself. Does anyone have a recommendation for a garage in the yorkshire area who has carried out these works and what sort of price would i be looking at?
Thanks
Thanks

Thanks for all the posts.
Very informative.
I really like the idea of using the hook up under/behind the number plate and the small leisure battery under the seat. Is there a photo out there of the hook up location so i can see how its been done.
This site is great.

this was on my old camper, which i did about 10 years ago, by far the best place for it, as it is alway dry and warm, so no damp connections.

Hook up can be done cheaply and without spoiling the exterior or cutting holes.
O'learys sell the hook up plug which is screwed under the van. A short piece of flex and a RCD double socket from B&Q for about £25 is all you need.
