AAZ Conversion Questions

Post by Fully Loaded Cali' »

Fitting a JX Turbo on the JX Exhaust manifold to my AAZ whilst retaining the AAZ inlet manifold. I have turned the top turbo pipe conecting piece on the Inlet to face downwards, question is what is the best option to use for the rubber connecting pipe to the turbo??

Another question before i break something - How do you remove the dip-stick tube? is it a push fit?

Another question - when i swap the sump over, do i replace the gasket with a new JX type or AAZ type?

Thats all for now>

I did this exact setup. I used two bits of 90 degree bend silicon tubing and a connector. Bought it online from ebay. About £50 for it unfortunately.

I seem to remember it just pulls out - but i havent bothered on my last few engine conversions so someone else better answer this.
