If it is like that all along,plus inner skin rotten,then maybe it is worth replacing the door if you can find one.
Mine only needed outer skin lower section Thank Goodness.
I have found that once you start on bodywork it is very difficult to stop!!
I keep telling myself it is not going to be "concours" but then I think well if I have gone so far,then I might as well not bodge any more and get it done properly.
If you use the van as your daily drive then you have to factor time off road if you are going to repair.

yeah its a daily. the rust on that corner is on the right hand side of the slider and about half a foot (old school measurements) the inner gone too, but not right the way along. i do have the outer panel already, maybe just need the inner too !!!!!!
