16" Tegmen ML wheels on a Syncro 14"
Just picked up a nice set of these for the truck but on closer inspection they will need longer studs, possibly different nuts? and a spacer to get them to fit correctly. I'm ready to get them on and then pursue the suspension lift.
Can anyone give me the proper parts list as I want to do it right first time.
Andy, Russell, anyone?

Got the seals ready (some of Mike's I have had in waiting) and don't mind doing the bearings at the same time - another tick on the done list.
It's got to be done right as I really don't intend to swap the wheels again.
Expect a call tomorrow Simon.

Hub needs to be removed from hub carrier to get studs in and out.
When doing this the original bearing falls in bits, so, yes, you need to change the bearings.
Seals, that's up to you, I would.
I have some sensibly priced ones coming from Germany at the moment, same as everything else, if they ever arrive!
The syncro front hub seal is specific to the T3 as it has an extra wiper seal, normal oil seals without the extra wiper are cheap as chips but the original is £18 from VW and you need 2 per side.
There are some aftermarket ones floating about but as always I'm looking out for better deals and I've found them in Germany a lot cheaper.
The bearings kits that I have in stock plus all the ones I have ordered ever have come without seals, except some from GSF, but the GSF ones don't come with them anymore and as the saying goes, "once bitten twice shy" I won't be using those again!
