1.9 wbx vaccum advance union

afternoon,, my vacuum advance union... the 4 way cross one has just lost one of its 4 outlets (brittle) so am in need of a replacement (asap, work tomorrow) are these available from vw still?, a part no would be great or anyone with one local to me Abingdon (Oxfordshire)would be even better, many thanks in advance....

just block it off to get you out of trouble

i assume you mean a DF engine, not a DG??

its the same part as the CU uses if so, if thats any help

yeah its a df, i have blocked it to some degree, its snapped off clean so cant screw anything in the union but have patched it up and blanked the carb end pipe with a screw....

Go to http://www.vagcat.com/

Register and you can then search and find what you need.

Select "Typ 2 1968-1992"
Select your year, then "Engine, Clutch"
Then "VACUUM SYSTEM"

Part # 8 is 052201943 junction / DF

I take no responsibility for this being the correct part number, but appears to be. :wink:

It gives part number on blowup. To the right are blowup part numbers and VW numbers with description of part in next box down... with next blowup number and VW part number.

The way they are boxed is confusing as it looks like description is wrong part number.
