Just had a new rear tyre - 185R 14C - and according to the sticker in the van it should be at 55 psi, but the guy in the tyre place said he though it should be more like 40 psi as fully laden transits don't run at that. Any thoughts anyone? Obviously the engine is at the back, so thats some weight to take into consideration. I've still got it at 55 psi though.

can I just ask, do you have it at that psi regardless of what wheels you have on? was gona put some air in our daves van the other day but as he has aftermarket wheels on I wasn't sure what psi should be?
