Hi Nexus
Depending on your level of disposable income you could save a packet by doing it yourself.
Not a huge job and the only special tool you need is a clutch plate alignment device and they are not expensive.
Check out the price of a full clutch from the likes of GSF, Just Kampers, VW themselves (not always expensive by the way) and my favourite factors = http://www.eurocarparts.com/ where a clutch kit = about £75 depending on year.
2 blokes with axle stands and a decent trolley jack should be able to do it in about 5 or 6 hours, a nice way to spend a bright Saturday

Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here
Ideally i would take it to the same guy who looked after my split for donkeys years but it wont go in his unit and hes dead busy, plus i need it back for monday night so all in all im a bit stuck. If it would fit in my garage i would do it at the weekend but its a high top so no chance
But thanks for the super speedy replies guys much appreciated
