VW Lupe Electric Mirror Switch - Wiring Diagram

Hi,
I'm looking for a wiring diagram of the Lupo mirror switch.

The version I have has a multiconnector with eight (8) wires going into it.

I need to know which is plus and which is earth.

i can tell you brown is earth on vw's..you could try here..http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?act=home

I assumed the brown was earth.
I've got black, black+red stripe and black+white stripe to identify.
