More than likely screen leaking. Maybe a new seal required but could need frame welding.

open the door and put you finger in the oblong recess on the door pillar

is it wet or full of water?

I have the same problem on mine, just the left hand side though. Windscreen and seal are fine.

But are they? You can't see it happening. Could also be windscreen washers.

As a start it's an idea to get on your back on cab floor and look up behind dash. Sprinkle talcum powder over as much of the area as you can. You'll not find the leak but you'll smell lovely!!! :D
Seriously though, if you then spray front of van with a hose you'll see where the water (if it comes in) washes off the talc. You can then isolate the general area.
Possible areas are:
seams
screen seal
washers
wipers
roof
flashers
Yes, you've guessed, it could be anywhere at the front, process of elimination I suppose!!! The talc trick just helps isolate the area.
Hope this helps.
(I'd still put my money on screen seal area though).
