Changing from a DG to a GW with Digijet

I will be attempting to swap my broken 1.9 DG engine for a 1.9i GW Digijet engine, can anyone tell me what problems I will encounter such as fuel pump and wiring.
The GW engine is coming with the ecu and injection system, I would like to keep the injection system on if I can.
Can anyone assist?

Well i now have the GW motor and can see theres a difference in where the water thermostat is, not sure if to extend the waterpipes or try and swap to the thermostat on the DG engine.
Anyone have any thoughts on this ?
