Red battery light, glowing, flickering.

Hi,
Red battery warning light used to glow above 4000rpm, but lately is glowing at all revs. Have checked belt tension. Where do I start?
BTW I've had two injector pipes go recently.

Engine bay got covered in diesel both times.
Wiki has a problem!

earth strap on the gearbox , clean and refit/place

check the bushes in the alternator again clean and refit/place

I think he means BRUSHES.

They wrote off my last CF because the cam cover leaked oil on the alternator and killed it. So I got it real cheap. Then I modified the cover so the gasket wasn't immersed in oil. Ran for ten years after that.
