wheres the dipstick

i know i am the dipstick but i cant find the oil dipstick in the engine, its 1.6diesel, can someone point it out to me please. i've looked all over the tech pages. and whats the manual i need for the engine

pull down the numberplate flap and you will see it....

yeh found it. (its the rear no.plate :) ) the 2 dots are upper & lower limits? & what was the diesel manual i need to get?
