carver cascade water heater question?

does anybody know what the middle red light on said water heater is for on the control panel with the on-off switch,does it ever come on? is it supposed to come on?does it mean owt?cheers cj.
bought some real off roaders!!!!!!!

Green is normal operation, Yellow is no gas/gas not ignited, red is low battery - less common in a camper than in a tourer I guess.
