fitting new cab door seal

Have just fitted new rubber seal to cab door and now the door will not fully close. Does this mean I need to realign the door to accomade the seal ? Anyhelp would be much appreciated

You shouldn't need to if you've fitted it right. My doors were difficult to close after the new seals were fitted, especially the slider, and all needed a good slam, but once the seals bed in and flatten a bit they should be fine.
