I haven't got a problem getting parts for the interior, thanks for your concern and I'm chuffed you asked. It's just suprised me how rare the conversion seem to be.

In 2006 I dismantled the units completely. I peeled off the old formica ( thin as paper) and applied new (exactly the same colour but much better quality). I matched and replaced all the PVC edge trim, hinges and catches (MOT 2 type). As I said, I really didn't have a problem getting stuff, there's plenty of places out there that sell camping interior parts.

I bought the van from Lee at Volksmagic 6 years ago and I've only ever seen 2 others with the same units since.

Yeh, they're called MOT 2. I got mine from someone at vanfest the other year. They are simular to Reimo ones. The people were there this year as well. When I get to work tommorrrow I have got some bumph on them and I will let you know who they are.

Have you got any pictures of the inside of your bus?

Do you have any documentation from Bilbo stating the interior model?

Ive got one. I dont think they made that many. On the front below Arragon it says Coda. I assume thats a sub model name. I had to strip mine when I got it and refurb the interior. Not sure what parts are available but the door catches can be got here

Always something to do. Next is deal with the rust spots on the front panel and window edges and then fit new window seals. Cant complain though, I use mine as a daily driver and just had 1700 miles round Scotland without a blip.[/url]

Got my catches from www.camperinteriors.co.uk as reimo couldnt get them at the time. Something about their supplier stopped production. Camper interiors got them no problems (all 8 of them)

Mine's a Bilbo's too. I quite enjoy their rarity. A bit basic compared to Westie's and such. Less to go wrong though
Not sure of the interior. I've got the original conversion paperwork from Bilbo's near Godstone. No mention of model of interior. 1986 van converted in 1989.
We decided this was the van for us because the interior looked warm and inviting. Very cosy.
I've been to their 'showroom' recently. Not the friendliest bunch I've met.
Takes all sorts I guess

Whose for a Bilbo's meet then?
