Anyone that has removed a head seal will tell you that they are always f**ked.
No amount of magic stuff that you pour into the cooling system is going to make this tattered piece of squashed and split rubber new again.
If it leaks, replace it.
If it does stop it leaking it won't be for long and it doesn't undo the aging process.

it may well work in upright inline engines, but it wont work in a wbx, it will only cost you money......... and it will more than likey cause you rad probs in the future......

One reason why this forum is so valuable... VW Aircooleds and Waterboxers are quite unlike most other engines, sp specific advice rather than generic is what is required.
