Camperlands

Post by jpee »

Has anyone had any dealings with camperlands in Manchester?

Ordered some things over net on Monday with a promise of 2 day delivery. Had nothing. Can't get them by phone or e-mail.

However order camp beds an inner tent for awning from JK yesterday, arrived this morning.

I visit there fairly regularly. I've only ever ordered stuff for pick up. They've always been good. They have a couple of numbers on their website - Have you tried ringing the showground numbers as well as the mail order? They are all at the same address.

Showground (open 9am Saturday):
0161 998 8523
0161 998 3467
Mail order (from 10am Saturday):
0161 902 3026

Thanks RD

Yes have tried all numbers and e-mail all i get is an automated service stating 'this is a guaranteed callback service' they don't call back. I am really disappointed with them.

I shop there regularly, never had any bother with getting them on the blower either? Dunno what could be the cause. Was in there last weekend, sale on, all seemed fine then. :?

Camperlands are normally very good, although they do have their issues re carriers ... I bought our caravanstore awning from them last year and they 'lost' the 8' awning  that was on special offer cos it had a mark on the outer bag, so they sent me the latest spec one instead  Top folks.
