unacustomed as i am..etc..etc... i`d like to say a big thank you to the guy who drove all the way from inverness to preston and back to get a litre of vw pastel white variant y for me .

He did also manage to fit a dg engine on the trailer as well

no probs - and thanks for all the beer....

Engine and bits delivered to Birrells this evening - going in tomorrow (and friday..... etc.....).

I even got a bit of work done today.....
