falling children.
Just thought i would throw a quick question out here...
We have the ladder style rack that sits across the bus roof space to hold the stored luggage up in the wedge.
We want our young un to start sleeping up in the top but my missus is afraid he can get over the ladder stopper too easy and will fall out if he tried to climb over it..
anyone got any clever ideas for stopping this ? or how did you overcome the fall out issues ?
We tried a pop up bed guard but it was just impractical and bulky.

I've seen a pic somewhere of a Hi top with a metal dog guard across...which looked pretty good... its probably what I would do for ultimate safety... short of araldite!

A bit of a touchy subject really,,,,,,during our last Camping outing @ Solfest our youngest child dropped out of his alotted roof bed space onto our bed and then the floor,,,,,he was promptly re-united with his pillow and slept like a log for the rest of the night,
I expect this will be the last event of this kind as now all of our 3 children have at some stage fallen from the roof (tent) on to our bed,,,,,,in fact both our older kids managed to fall to earth during the first ever Pickering meet ,it must have been the shock of meeting Onion for the first time or the fresh air of Whitby that set them off.
Regards
Fritz,,,,,,,,,

So how do the kids get in the trailer then? I assume you now put the beer up top in the van!
