fat tyre pressures

got 205/55 R16 91w fitted to my van but not to sure what the tyre pressures supposed to be. (sorry, just bought the van) is there anyone out there that can help.

Hi, Ive got 205/65/15. 100 weight rateing on mine, I run them at 45psi. Dont know if its right though.There has been a few discusions about this,I personaly dont think your 91 rated tyres are up for the job if u have a fully kitted out camper. someone should be along with some proper info. Enjoy your bus. :D . Rick

Hi - I also run at 45 psi with no problems - also live close to A46 near you so look out for me! ... and welcome to the club! :D

cheers for that mateys. vans completly empty. no kitchens, cupboards or added extras so hopefully that should be fine.

check the sidewall for pressure info, ie max pressure at load rating, then do the maths with our axle weights and it will give you the correct pressure
