ok here's my problem . my van is 09/84 with early callipers and the square pads
,so i take it I'm on pre 85 disc's ,with the square pads ?
ok now wheel bearing , post or pre 1984 ?
confused I am
any idea's great fully accepted
these appear to be cheap

look on baxters webshop, tells u chassis numbers for wheel bearings

looking at simons charts its a E 1984 1st august '83 to 31st July '84 ,but the chassis is 056 804 to 067 823 30.11.83 to 30.12.83 24E/25E

You have to be careful with wheel bearings as there are 2 types, both types fit the hub perfectly but not the stub axle.
You wouldnt ordinarily know this until you have fitted them. What you will find is you suffer loss of brakes from the hub moving under braking as it goes off centre.
Guess what I'm getting at is try the new bearings on the stub axle before pressing into hub to ensure you have the correct ones

After all the problems I had with wheel bearings. do yourself a favour and get them from Baxters, you won't regret it

My chassis no is SABTVR03058194310, So whats that all about? what year is that???
