whats the best engine swop my 1.6d is dieing?

whats the best engine swop my 1.6d is dieing?

Hi all,my 1.6d 1984 sounds like lots of marbles are loose in the bottom end anyway can anyone tell me the most economical engine change ie; easiest to change,cheapest to buy and run cheers all.
