2lt Aircooled help!!!!!!!

i need help my engine is on it's way out and it's only been in 2 weeks. i got it from the old pig farm in nottingham but lost there number. i pm guz he said he would get back to me. problem 1: lack of power in 4 gear. 2: lots of back fireing. 3:exhaust fumes coming out of right side carb. i,v tride loads of so called "MECHANICS" in sheffield and not one works on them. please help i have cash or drugs or my girlfriend take your pick.
