How can i tell if the head gasket has gone on my ej22.

Nothing in the oil filler or dip stick or the header tank.

flush it all out and clean the tank (put it in dishwasher comes out good!!!) should clear it !

Cleaned it out, replaced the pressure cap which seems to have made a difference. Problem now is we don't have any traffic round these parts to test it. The M25 is the real test.
