URGENT help needed to sort my 81 Devon out before 12th

Hi Everyone

I have a 1981 Devon 2.0l which needs the brake pipes doing(virtually no brakes at moment) and the carbs tuning and an MOT, it has been at a local garage for a week and no work has been done on it even though I told them I have to get done before the 12th, I am F**king hopping mad!!.
I have a slot at Gasure for it to be LPG'd on the 12th of August, for which I have put down a £200 deposit.
If I miss this I won't be able to have it converted until November, and as I intend this to be my only form of transport the sooner I get it converted the better!!
It is not taxed and I have nowhere to put it while I work on it(hence sending it to a garage, I usually try to do as much for myself as poss).
I am in North Wales in Mancot 7 miles from Chester.
Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE help me out either with somewhere to at least bleed the brakes and keep it there until the 12th, or is there a local mechanic who can sort out the pipes and carb tuning, and hopefully MOT it, all of which I can of course pay for in cash, all before the 12th!! Long shot I know!

No Steve is too busy or he could sort it. Why is everyone so bloody busy?

I'm gonna ask the local pub (that I barely go in) tomorrow, if I can park it in the car park, and start to try to sort it there?
