fitting a rock&roll bed

Hi all, I just acquired a rock&roll bed from ebay, delivered as new but without instructions, didn't think that would be a problem! How wrong I was I have tried all ways that I can think off and it still will not behave like rock&roll bed should. Does anybody out there have a set of idiot proof instructions for the fitting of a three quarter width bed?

R&R beds come in all shapes and sizes. Need more info... and a few pics are worth a thousand words.. to know what you have.
