Whole Electrical Set-up

Post by cruiseyboy »

Hi folks, I just need a little advice and clarification please. I think I know what I want/need, just want to ask some daft questions. I basically want electrical hook-up and a leisure battery set-up. Questions are... do they both feed the same circuit? Do I need to change things like stereo/internal lights to run off leisure battery? Where would I get this done? I was thinking a caravan dealers? Any advice is most appreciated. Al

you dont need to change anything, only one wire to swap your stereo and interior lights over to your leisure battery ( when you get one)
You only need a good quality intelegent battery charger to use these already installed lights and radio with the hook up keeping the battery topped up whilst plugged in........

take a look in the wiki for camper wiring stuff

yeah a caravan or motorhome workshop will be able to supply and fit if you are not able to do it your self!
