hello and welcome

The gutters are where the panels meet and then welded.

no new replacements I'm afraid just repairs

where exactly has it rusted away?

you may get a second hand bit cut from another van

Your best bet is to go to a welding fabricator who can make new gutters for you and weld them on. :D

Or if the actual joint is good just buy new channelling and give whats left of the lip a good wire brushing and painting before you fit them by tapping it on with a lump of timber. JK do it. Not cheap but looks good when on.
