I'm not laughing - I'm smiling loudly...
Tracey with an EEEEE, or Teejay with two (EEEEEs that is) and an A, and Daisy WITHOUT a radiator! (But with a grill)

It would seem, as I have been told many times by Mocki and others, that:
Nobody reads Announcements at the top of each forum, even if they are put there in Bold and CAPS
A question about an engine problem would normally automatically ellicit that information...
Whilst no offence is meant, sarcastic responses are hard to suppress in such situations as they draw not only the posters attention to it, but hopefully impinge on others reading that should they post a question, and forget to do likewise, a similar fate might befall them
Think we have have enough 'info boxes' already, and of course, would mean further mods to the forum, which takes us further away from a standard product when it becomes time to upgrade...
I suppose we could go the whole hog and pop-up a simple web form or reminder when anyone starts a New Post in Technical Advice... but then, apart from some frustration at times, its mainly the poster who suffers most with 10 posts guessing at the answer instead of say 5, taking longer to wrinkle out the problem. Oh, and having to take a bit of sarcasm on the chin at times
