Indicators

Post by suedehead »

My front left indicator has stopped working. The relay makes a quick clicking noise instead. The right indicator is still working correctly. I changed the bulb but that seems not to be the problem.

There is a corroded connection on the part just behind the bulb. Could this be the problem? Where would I get a new part.

(sorry to be so vague with 'part', i don't know the correct name)

:D

Clean the connection with a piece of sandpaper or a wire brush. Thats most likely all it is.

probably is...
is the corroded connector on the wire or the indicator itself?

It is the connection from the wire onto the 'bulb mount'.

Setting off for two weeks of camping tomorrow so fingers crossed it works!
