Post by SteveO »

Hi,how difficult is it fitting a high top to a t25?(whats involved)how much will it affect fuel eccon?(1600 derv) also just bought trim out of left hooker is it straight swap?apart from wardrobe?looking at it from pic,s appears a straight swap?just that cooker/fridge will be other way round?is wardrobe laminate on both sides of wood?as could dismantle it and turn wood around put it back together and fit on right side of van with rest of trim?cheers steve.o

Using a left hand drive interiour in a right hand bus is a total waste of time.U cant just strip and reasemble in the oposite position.
U are far better of selling ure interiour and getting the proper parts
for the job.

Like Russel says - it's more than likely you'll be throwing money away adapting a good interior to fit, especially if it's Westfalia (which it sounds like it could well be). Dunno what you paid, but a good Westy interior (and all Westy's are LHD) is worth hundreds.......

The high top is easy enough to fit - several members have done it themselves - it's the cutting up a good roof and trimming it all up afterwards that are the harder parts...... :D
