Gearbox FUBAR ?

Hi All,
Ok went to Glastonbury :cry: (worked 132 hours in 10 days) :cry: 380 mile round trip.
On the way down the oil seal on the gearbox went :cry: it started to crunch on the gears 3 & 4, topped up the gearbox oil, double D clutch and got home
I had the box out replaced the oil seal and fixed the leak but I still have crunching when moving into or out of 3 & 4 and a noise from the box itself when driving.
Is it FUBAR or am I just being stupid again? :?

Oh when I drained the box the first time I found 3 shiney teeth + some bits metal, this was about 4 months ago before I ran to Glasto
Its not broke? fiddle with it until it is, then you can fix it
Oh and the name is pronounced CRISIS
CS/JK/CS 1.6 diesel on a DY/DY/DU 4 speed box (3rd engine & gearbox now fitted)

OK which replacement boxes will fit ? 4 or 5 speed ?
4 speed DY at the mo and the price has to be right
