I managed to break the brake vacuum pump and cause a leak on the clutch slave cylinder whilst changing the starter (nobody calls me clumsy). I suspect I shall end up changing the cylinder as the fluid at the rubber dust cover was leaking out madly. The reservoir had fallen below the outlet level But, I thought I would try bleeding first.
I've read the wiki, one thread states to bleed with an 8mm. My 8mm grips nothing and neither does my 7mm! There is a far larger nut at the bottom of the nipple, should I be looking to crack this or do I need to buy a smaller spanner? Stupid question I know, but there you are.
Thanks
