Brake fluid reservoir - HELP!

I'm overhauling the brakes on my Syncro and am now at the point where I need to fill the brake reservoir before I bleed the pipes. Question is is it under the dash or is that the clutch reservoir?

Forgive the newbie question

yes, and yes.
one res, two sections, upper section clutch, lower brakes, one filler.

Am I right to just fill the reservoir and then loosen off the rear right bleed nipple to get the fluid around the system before I bleed the pipes properly?

Just a extra question, How much fluid does it take to fill the system?
I'm planning to overhaul my brakes and fancy replacing the fluid.
