what fits in these holes?

Post by Poseidon »

During the ongoing rebuild I was wondering what these holes were for? It looks like it should be for a light?? There are 4 of these, two each side...

Yeah, airvents but only usually connected if you have a fan switch next to your heater controls. Easy way to tell... Open any front door and if you have a rubbery seal on the door/doorframe then they will blow out air. If you just have a black blanking plate, they won't!
I would suspect you just have the blanking plate as you dont have the black plastic air distributors in the holes in the piccy.

Deffo air vents.
If you are gonna put covering fabric over them, it may pay to block them off first, as the air will still pass thru & eventually a dirty black patch will show. Which is what mine have done.

May be better to leave the vents exposed to do the job as they were intended.

Kev..
