Westfalia LPG adaptors, where can I get them?

Hi people

I have a T25 Westfalia Atlantic from Germany and am planning on traveling France, Spain, Portugal and have been told by a mate that I will need to get adaptors to fill my LPG tank in europe? Is this right and if so where the hell do you get them from, been looking on tinternet for ages now and I can't find any.
