where to by engines

Post by domiles1 »

I'm looking for a 1Y to replace the clapped-out original 1600 D in my T25 and I'm wondering if there are any preferred engine suppliers or breakers that club members have used or that club members can recommend - any places that can be relied on not to sell worn out units- places we can trust!
I can just find a breaker but I'm worried I'll end up buying an engine that needs re-building more than my current one!
Cheers,
Dom.

It's rather catch as catch can, sadly. You're likely to be dealing with end of life vehicles, so pretty much every step is a gamble.

Calculate your gamble well and move carefully.
