Diesel Injectors

Bought 4 Bosch injectors from VW, one is leaking, did change out leak off pipes, not them it is the actual injector that is leaking, now found out Bosch have the injectors made in India and are having loads of problems, tell me about it, I work for BT and the single biggest complaint from customers is the call centre shambles in India, when will these companies learn, quality costs, cheap labour is not the answer,

It will only work when people stop looking for the lowest prices.
All those lovely machines in use in India were sold from Britain as scrap during the Thatcher years.

Volkswagen owners have been the prime movers in low price parts, which is why there is no longer an Autocavan. That's why GSF have dropped many quality manufacturers and slow moving parts are becoming extinct.

Nah Ringo, I fiitted new flame traps, the injector is at fault,

Got exchange injector from VW today, fitted, went for a run and all ok now, when I was at the VW parts place in Newcastle guy admitted they were aware of quality issue with injectors being refurbed in India, he also said put a claim in for costs, I done them myself so no use to me,
