fiamma wind out awning sides

Post by kathyshack »

Has anyone got the sides for the fiamma wind out awning? Just wondering how they attach? I have got some sides from a gazebo, and was wondering if I could somehow attach these to the wind out awning...

i have the original ones for my autobox, they have a frame that goes on the inside......... i have made a new set wich dont have the frame set up,
the frame is redundant, as are the original sides now, ( although a certain travelling rodent made some extra holes in them)

mine is the autobox too. what do you're new sides attach to to Mocki? Do you just attach to the legs? I was gonna get some shower curain loops and try and attach them like that, but as the bars don't go straight to the edge of the roof bit, not sure this would work now.... Interested how you made your own and how you attach them.
cheers,

i have made mine a complete room, with roof, that hangs under the windout like a inner tent hangs in a tent, i made the roof shaped so the sides drop down from the windout bars at the same shape they are, kind of with a "V" cut out of the rectangle, if you see what i mean........ it will hang from loops over the windout bars and peg to the floor, so when you want to move the van, you unhook it and drop it to the floor , windin and bugger off, which is why i gave it a roof, so what ever is in there is still covered........

next time i put it up ill take some pics......... i havent finished it yet, havent had time.....
