Does anyone refurb digijet ecu modules or are they just scrap?

I should also like an answer to that question as my T25 has problems (see vanagon thread) which might be down to my ECU. Good news is that the ECU is said to be robust if not zapped by improper connect/disconnect while powered up etc. Bad news is this probably means they are rare as rocking horse poo! How much new if available? JK don't do them. Do they appear in breakers?
