ROOF RACKS FOR KAYAKS

HI THERE

I AM STRUGGLING TO FIND A ROOF RACK THAT I CAN STRAP TO THE BACK HATCH OF MY HIGHTOP VW T25 CAMPERVAN TO HOLD 1 OR 2 KAYAKS.DOES ANYONE THINK IT IS POSSIBLE?

ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED

I saw a van with two of those stubby type Kayaks on a rack on the back hatchon the M6 around Preston last week so it can be done.

Im having some made up for me shortly.... weight will go into the gutter and the roof will have to have a metal strap bolted in place, the idea being to have a J shaped bracket I can put each end of kayak into....
When done I'll post pics
