Paint Match

Post by mwheatley »

Hi,

I've just made a bog box for my van, courtesy of past posts...thanks, looks great. Now I need to paint it to match as closely as possible to the lovely grey units that seem to be the standard colour of Westy's. Anyone got any suggestions as to what paint matches the closest?

Ta

Thanks for the replies guys. I am going to spray it with a melamine primer first which is white, then paint over it with normal paint, so maybe getting a colour match at a paint shop is the way to go.

Scoobs.....If you see a H reg white LHD Westy pop top driving along it's me...I'll keep my eyes peeled

home base and b&q do colourmatch as well, may be cheaper than a motor factor.
