New member/bumper colour code?

Hi all, been a forum member for a couple of months, getting info to help me understand my newly aquired camper. It's a 1988 Westcountry Kestral conversion with a 1.6td 1V engine. Its a bit of a mission at the mo, as we bought it off ebay in March from Cornwall.
Put another way, my mates a mechanic and Im a welder/fabricator and we are 3 months and a quarter of the way into making a decent job of it.
My wife, paitent as she is (ahem), wonders why the very thing that we should be enjoying as a family is taking so much of my family time up.
Still learning loads and enjoying (a bit) the experience.
Anyway has anyone got a paint code for the standard steel bumpers, looks to me as it may have a bit green in the black.

I would think that black was the colour... the green tinge may be symptom of fade.

tried T-cut on a small part?

unless of course the van converters changed the colour themselves.
